Tricia Martinez is founder and CEO of Dapple, which builds the 'Enterprise OS Cloud' — dedicated, single-tenant, in-country AI infrastructure for regulated enterprises like banks, hospitals, and governments, exposed through a native Microsoft Azure control plane. About five months after launch, Dapple closed a $30M seed (June 2026, led by The Raptor Group and Ion Pacific) and reported $100M+ in booked contracts. Her earlier arc runs from founding Wala, a financial-inclusion app for the unbanked in Sub-Saharan Africa, to White House Fellow at the Department of Energy, Techstars Managing Director, and angel investor in 80+ emerging-tech companies.
